BM-T210 Hollow Sphere Pigment is a styrene acrylic polymeric pigment that is filled with water in the sphere. During the drying process, water will be evaporated and only air left in the sphere, which generates an empty space with air only inside.
The polymer features of the sphere shell indicate that, when using the coatings containing BM-T210, the coated layer is easy to be calendered and generates a smooth surface.
In addition, this polymer pigment can be added into the coatings for a hiding purpose. This will reduce the raw material cost of coatings without penalties to the performance.
