A Water-based PAA Binder to improve the energy density and support fast charging for Lithium-ion Batteries

BATTBOND 310F  is a new eco-friendly fluorine-free water-based binder for Li-ion Battery Cathode/Positive Electrodes. It helps to disperse the particles evenly and generates robust cohesion among the particles, and strong adhesion between the coatings and current collector substrates. The excellent dispersibility helps to get a low impedance and improve the electrochemical performance for a lithium-ion battery cell.

It is designed especially for Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries (cathode electrodes). It is a good alternativeness of Poly(vinylidene Difluoride(PVDF) binder.

  • Bubbles formed during stirring can be defoamed by vacuum-use
  • Temperature for electrode drying should not be too high, otherwise the curling will occur

  • Store and transport the products in the temperature of 5 ~ 30 ℃, in case of frozen, just unfreeze and mixing for a normal use.
